Bread – Stone baked ciabatta and butter with Himalayan salt
Starter – Scallops, cauliflower puree, burnt florets, chorizo crumb, chilli, tomato, parsley salsa
Main – Black Angus fillet of beef, potato pave, baby leeks, heritage carrot, toasted hazelnuts, shallot puree, parsnip crisps, porcini jus or Lemon and rosemary cod loin, rock samphire, grilled new potato, courgette, fennel, cherry tomato, lemon and caper dressing
Desserts – Vanilla panacotta, honeycombe, black cherry gel, blackberries, lemon balm
