The Valentine’s Dinner Menu For 2 People is available as a 3 Course or 5 Course menu:
3 Course Menu:
Bread – Stone Baked Ciabatta and butter with Himalayan salt
Starter – Poached lobster tail, mango, cucumber slaw, coriander oil, mizuna
Main – Herb crusted lamb rack, tenderstem, shallot puree, potato pave, Chanterelles, black garlic lamb jus or Roasted seabass fillet, smoked salmon chive potato, Chanterelles, spinach, chervil cream
Desserts – Chocolate torte, praline cream, honeycomb, raspberry gel
5 Course Menu:
Bread – Stone Baked Ciabatta and whipped butter with Himalayan salt
Starter – Cream of celeriac soup, crispy pancetta, herb croutons, Chive oil
Fish – Poached lobster tail, mango, cucumber slaw, coriander oil, mizuna
Main – Herb crusted lamb rack, tenderstem, shallot puree, potato pave, Chanterelles, black garlic lamb jus or Roasted seabass fillet, smoked salmon chive potato, Chanterelles, spinach, chervil cream
Desserts – Chocolate torte, praline cream, honeycomb, raspberry gel
Cheese – British cheese selection served with fig and pear chutney, walnuts, apricots, black grapes and sourdough charcoal and sesame crackers (Maida vale, Vintage Lincolnshire poacher, Oxford blue)
