A little about us…

We are passionate about picnics and creating special moments with our food.

Carter Williamson who established Little Picnic Company started making and delivering picnics back in 2005. His passion and love for the picnics is endorsed by the magical and memorable times that can be made with them. Being from New Zealand he and his family enjoyed many days out with picnics so wanted to share the happiness this brings.

The picnics proved to be very popular and eventually in 2010 the Little Picnic Company was established. Since then, the company has grown from strength to strength. Providing many couples, families and companies with many happy picnic memories. We are very passionate about our picnics and good food. Good food should be shared and enjoyed with others. And maybe the odd glass of wine or bubbly to add to the occasion.

Our policy is to choose locally grown and locally supplied ingredients wherever we can. Apart from making good environmental sense and ensuring the best taste possible, it’s important to us that we support family businesses and local communities.

The Kitchen and our policy to sustainability.

We know a little bit about making picnics and what works. The kitchen has a fantastic team of chefs that work hard to create the picnics with love and they caringly put them together to be delivered to you to enjoy. Equally we have a friendly team who deliver your picnics.
Little Picnic Company’s kitchen and base is in surrey on the fringe of the M25 in Addlestone! At Little Picnic Company, and Hamilton’s Events, our sister company we endeavor towards continuous improvement, and our commitment to excellence and quality make us the ideal caterers to collaborate with on your next event.

The Good Stuff

We use only seasonal produce that looks great on the day, so our picnics are ever changing. Here are some of the picnic ideas that we have created, but we know that you are all different, so we are more than happy to tailor make your picnic to suit your needs (all costs are quoted for two people). All of our picnic baskets are made fresh each morning with the menu items you selected. They include cutlery, plates, napkins & drinks that you’ll need for your picnic.
We don’t provide blankets or cushions so make sure you grab a couple before you head off.

Policy on use of sustainable products in hampers!

The Little picnic company have a responsibility to reduce the amount of plastic in the boxes we provide to you. Therefore, we have made a big step forward in doing this by removing plastic plates, cutlery and unnecessary plastic pots in the picnic. We have replaced these items with wood where possible and paper pots for dips and chutneys. All the brown food containers we use are made of recycled products already.

So, this year we have aimed to reduce plastic by 90% and in the coming next year’s we hope that we may along with help from outsourced suppliers be completely enviro friendly and thus doing our part to help the environment. Please do your part and dispose of the hampers responsibly.

Gift Voucher T&C's


The following terms & Conditions apply:

  1. All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year.  No extensions are available, and vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  2. Our gift vouchers can be used for picnics or dining boxes on any day.
  3. LPC gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. 4.Vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  5. All other LPC Ts and Cs apply.
  6. We require 72 hour’s notice for all picnics, and we cannot guarantee that that date you request is available.
